To ensure Russia never attacks again: Zaluzhny talks about what kind of victory Ukraine needs

In addition to the liberation of the territories, the Ukrainian army needs to be strengthened.
Valeriy Zaluzhnyy, commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, wrote this on his Telegram.
Valeriy Zaluzhnyy on the eve of the Ramstein meeting of the contact group on defence held a telephone conversation with the Supreme Allied Commander Europe and Commander of the US Armed Forces in Europe, General Christopher Kwoli.
Zaluzhniy and Kavoli discussed the supply of international military assistance to Ukraine and the training of our units on the territory of partner countries.
During his conversation with Christopher Kavoli, the AFU commander-in-chief said:
Ukraine's victory will not only mean the liberation of its territories, but also the creation of such conditions and such Armed Forces that will not allow the Russians to ever attack our state in the future.
Valeriy Zaluzhniy also shared his assessment of the operational situation at the front of the Russian-Ukrainian war and his plans for further action.
