"Arpat" in Bakhchisarai, where guests recently famously danced to the legendary and iconic Ukrainian song "Chervona Kalina" during this war, was closed.

The official version is "for the duration of the inspections."

Arsen Ablayev, deputy head of the occupation authorities of Bakhchisaray, told the Millet TV channel that the relevant services had begun checks, and the city administration had decided to close the Arpat cafe "until the final investigation of the situation," Dozhd TV reported.

A few days ago, a wedding was held in the hall of the Arpat cafe, at which songs of a nationalist nature were performed, in connection with which it received publicity on social networks, Ablaev said.

The wedding, where the guests danced to the song "Chervona Kalina", attracted the attention of Russian propaganda telegram channels in Russia.

This situation and the holding of such events are simply inappropriate at the time of a special military operation. We all must support the state and provide maximum support to our servicemen,” Ablaev said.

Recall that the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, the song "Chervona Kalina" - the march of Sich archers, written more than a hundred years ago - acquired a new meaning for the Ukrainian people, as one of the symbols of resistance in Ukraine.
