Ukrainians warned of powerful magnetic storms in October

Magnetic storms are disturbances in the Earth's magnetic field caused by solar flares. Such fluctuations can adversely affect the operation of communication systems, as well as human health.

In October 2022, magnetic storms are expected, which will be felt in Ukraine and the world. This was reported at the Space Weather Prediction Center of the US National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Agency.

It is expected that magnetic storms will only affect the well-being of very weather-sensitive people.

The geomagnetic field of the Earth will be "unstable" on October 1-6 and 16-17. Geomagnetic disturbances are expected on October 1-5 and 16-17.

Well-known weather forecaster Natalya Didenko said that magnetic storms promise to be serious.

The sun wants to be more active, flares and emissions promise to be powerful, so pay attention to your health, don't be surprised by possible absurdities in communication systems, Didenko predicts.
