Russian troops go on the defensive, because they can no longer attack. This was stated by Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President Alexei Arestovich on Feigin LIVE.
According to him, the invaders are hiding in the hills, looking for "secret places" and trying to defend themselves.
As Arestovich noted, the only place where the invaders do not go on the defensive is the Izyum and Luhansk directions.
