Roman Dudin, the head of the SBU Department in the Kharkiv region, spoke about this in an interview with Army INFORM .

According to Dudin, the details of these invaders have already been established - where they live, what they do.

In his opinion, the leadership transferred these military men to the Kharkov direction in order to further "utilize" them in order to hide the witnesses of the atrocities that they committed.
