The Polish Foreign Ministry spoke about the possible actions of NATO if Russia uses nuclear weapons
Word and deed

The Polish Foreign Ministry also believes that the introduction of NATO troops into Ukraine cannot be ruled out.

This was stated by Polish Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau.

The Polish politician said that NATO could strike Russia with missiles and aircraft if it uses nuclear weapons against Ukraine. Moreover, this cannot be done from Ukrainian territory.

Rau believes that the introduction of NATO troops into the territory of Ukraine cannot be ruled out. However, conventional weapons can also be used - aircraft or missiles.

The Polish Foreign Minister also noted that the North Atlantic Alliance should not hit Russia in response with the same weapons of mass destruction. Still, NATO's response from "conventional" weapons "should be crushing" for the army of the occupying country.
