At the Bulgarian resort, children stumbled upon a mine

The children endangered themselves by collecting shells.
On the Black Sea coast in the Bulgarian resort town of Tsarevo, a mine floated ashore. She was washed up where at that moment the children were swimming and diving into the water, collecting rapana, says BGNES .
It is reported that the children noticed an unknown object in the howl. Then they reported the strange find to adults. They called the rescuers.
All this time, the mine was near the shore.
The place near the likely mine was fenced off, while people continued to swim on the rest of the beach, the journalists said.
The discovery of a mine in the resort waters was later confirmed by the Bulgarian Ministry of Defense. They noted that they were investigating what type of mine washed ashore and its probable owners.
The mine is scheduled to be destroyed on Sunday.
The Ministry of Defense of Bulgaria added that this is not the first mine that is washed up by the waters to the shores of the country this summer.
