Medvedev issued another strange statement

Medvedev said that Russia is still demanding "the total surrender of Ukraine on its terms," commenting on President Volodymyr Zelensky's statement about the impossibility of negotiations with the Russian Federation before the war's end.

It is worth recalling that the Russians are making all sorts of strange statements against the backdrop of how the Armed Forces of Ukraine are conducting a successful counter-offensive on the Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine.
