At risk are men of military age who have received a Russian passport or provided the occupying authorities with their personal data.

Yury Sobolevsky, First Deputy Chairman of the Kherson Regional Council, spoke about this on his Facebook page.

Due to the lack of personnel in the Russian troops and the successful Ukrainian counter-offensive in the Kharkiv region, the Russians may begin to mobilize the local population in the occupied territories.

The best way to avoid this is to go to the controlled territory. If this is not possible, change the place of residence known to the occupying authorities and try to avoid crossing checkpoints and patrols. The latter method can at least delay your forced mobilization,” Sobolevsky advised.

In his opinion, men of military age who received a Russian passport or provided the occupation authorities with their personal data are at risk.
